The speed of internet is so slow. The price of internet plan provided by BSNL is so high with giving less data and slow speed.
My Landline and internet has not been working for 20 days and no proper service was provided by them.
I Complaint to the customer care about a problem. I used give complaint in 1504 or 1800-345-1504 another useless customer care where they use to say complaint is registered and will solve within 24hrs again if we call in next day they used to say complaint is not registered and now they are going to take complaint.
If we give complaint in 198 where we use to get complaint number and the wire man used to close the issue after 3days without solving the landline and broadband problem. I have been facing this issue from 15Jul16 to 2Aug16. Now the problem got solved after 20days.
