Bsnl is a government company, but not doing proper work in order to satisfy customers. Their customer care service is very poor,
Most of the time they make excuses to customers when unsatisfied customers calls them. There is no proper signal everywhere mostly village areas are facing much problem
M also facing problem from 3 months most of the times when I tries to make a call it automatically disconnets before call by showing network busy. Very much poor services in himachal kangra area.
