The first number since I got the phone was of BSNL and to be vey frank it was the most regretable decison i've ever made. The person use to sit in front of me and the moment I call it used to be not reachable. I often used to get stuck in problem due to the poor network issues.
And internet services are too poor that I could not even dare to think of online payment with this network as all off a sudden it use to show no service .
Too costly minutes pack and sms pack is of no use if the service is too poor. Many times my minutes and sms pack use to get waste.
No matter how many times you made a complaint about it but still the same condition.
I could not even think about switching to BSNL ever again
A big no to BSNL.
