Bsnl cell one / excel mobile, friends you know thaat bsnl sim network range. bsnl companyvis old but in this sim big problem is network problem.
this company sim card network not found anytime and anywhere.its too bad company for using friends.
friends never buy this bsnl company sim card.its not good at all for using.
this company custome service is bad friends.customer care not helping the customers anytime.
this company charges and plans prise is very high friends.prepaid plans is too high friends.
network peoblem , poor customer service , high plans in this company.never buy this company sim cards.
