The review is in support of private players instead of addressing the problem. there is a very old saying that India is a rich country but indians are poor. the problem plaguing bsnl is similar. it has state of art equipment, infrastructure and almost infinite finances. but the employee attitude, on how the assets are utilised is a very sorry state of affair.
I opted for bsnl because it was supposed to be available in remotest of towns and villages. unfortunately, many a time the person sitting next to you cant reach u with a bsnl connection. incoming outgoing completely stops for days to gather without any reason and appeals to bsnl staff no use.
it almost stinks of collusion with private operators by some key people in bsnl. deep probe and sting operations by the now powerful fourth estate will reveal a huge can of worms.
