I had used this bsnl broadband data 1year ago, and it was one of my worst experiences.T he data plan of bsnl is good but the services and customer care is worst.I had taken the 600rs unlimited plan at 2mbps speed.The internet worked fine for the first 15 days and after that the internet stopped working and I registered my complaint at bsnl customer service and there was no response at all.My service got stopped and still I recieved the bill for around 2 months which I had paid for no reason.Bsnl customer service is worst, and the speed of their data connection is also slow.
