Hello friends, today I wanna share my views about BSNL Broadband, I have used this services but the speed of this service provider is too slow, more over this is not at all reliable. please refer below points for details.
Internet speed: I was getting speed of 15 -20 MBPS where company claim that they provide speed of 55-60 MBPS. The main problem of this service provider is speed, although they provide unlimited internet after 10 GB, as I was using 399 monthly rental plan. In this plan company offer 10 GB data with speed of 55-60 MBPS(which I never got) and after 10 GB they provide unlimited data, but originally after 10 GB data I was getting speed of 250-260 KBPS speed, which is very low, and difficult to use. So the unlimited data plan is waste of money as well as time, even its take lot of time to open the google page.
Connection Reliability: This is not at all reliable service, as network got disconnect many times in a day. So need to fix many time and try many things like shut down again again, re connect, device change which waste most of the valuable time. In this network you can not trust and cant perform any import task.
Service and support: They have toll free number for support, although I have tried many times they hardly pick call. According to rule they need to fix the issue within 24 hrs, but fact is that they hardly come for visit. Trust me its very difficult to fix your connection.
I tried almost 2.5 most to disconnect my connection, I have sent various emails to BSNL customer cares and officers for issue and finally they removed my connection. I would suggest every one to go for reliance.
