It is really shocking to know that this year itself though being customer of BSNL since 12 years that the annual subscription of BSNL broadband subscription was automatically renewed without consent.
I had subscribed for Rs. 500 plan broadband connection for which I paid Rs. 5000 last year annually. But this January my phone bill came directly to Rs. 5000 which was actually auto renewal. For 20 days I called 1500 and 12678 BSNL toll free number for billing complain. But I didnot received satisfactorily reply. All were giving me vague answers. But after going through all this hardships at last my predicament was solved and came to know one fine day that new system has been activated which even BSNL employees does know that subscription is renewed automatically and it directly being debited to the bill of the consumer.
I request you all to be aware of this auto renewal process and send an email to(as an inquiry) billing section and would not like to undergo hardship which I have been through.
