This is the best 3g network among all other opererators. Comparing to other 3g networks Bsnl is the best of all. Beacause it gives a real 3g experience. Where it will a bsnl 3g dongal or bsnl 3g broadband or a bsnl 3g sim on any 3g supproting mobile.
It gives a fast network comparing to other operators. And at a low price.
So according to me it is the best network.
However it has also some drawbacks like in some areas it is not call supporting.
