I have been using the 2G services of BSNL since 3 years and I am satisfied with it.The new 3G is very good. I have been using this since 3 months and I find it is improving day by day.In the beginning I was disappointed with the coverage but I can now see that it is improving. The video quality is good and the browsing speed is terrific. I am able to download videos of 1 mb sizes within 5 seconds on my mobile and that to at a rate of 1paise per 10 kb which is cheaper than 2G.
When coming to customer service I agree the service was not that good but they have opened a toll free no 1503 which helps related to mobile.
I vote for BSNL 3G
