This was the 2nd company I joined in my career and with a good hike in my salary. I got a 40% hike as my interview went really well and had good reviews from my previous company.
This actually proves that when it comes to salary and payment this company never compromises in paying the staffs who deserve.
When I joined they had 8 projects on hand which now has increased to 19 which is a great sign that company over the years has done a great improvement and the management is really good and they dont believe in doin any kind of partiality with anyone. a really good company to move into
