Axis Fastag is horrible to use. Nevery buy it.
Product is good, it works fine. But their fastag website is pathetic - not user friendly and does not work most of the times. You will have to use only IE or chrome does not support other browsers. Fastag recharge through UPI handle does not happen for axis fastags - where as working fine with other bank fastags. Even when you try to recharge through their fastag portal, majority of time it fails after payment deduction and you will have to send mail to customer support with details for recharging your fastag.
Axis bank does not care about it
