Axix Bank is a private bank of India. The bank offers offers average service. After applying for the bank savings account it takes about 10-12 days for the account to be fully activatd. There is a queue in the bank and a customer has to wait for atleast 20 minutes to get his transaction completed.I applied for the debit card and it took about 15 days for the card to come to the registered address. The online banking transactions are fast and accurate and I am not having any concern with the same. The best thing which I liked about the bank was the helpful customer service.The internet banking service is fully protected because whenever I do any online transaction it every time asks me to enter the otp(one time password) sent on my registered mobile number.
The online log of the account activity are not saved anywhere so there is not the problem being hacked by anyone.The bank also pays considerable rate of interest on the savings money.Online ecommerce site like flipkart and amazon offer many offers which are specially for the axis bank account holders. The front desk execuitves are also courteous and informative.
I you want higher interest on savings then this bank should be considerable.I am thinking to make this bank my primary bank because of its increasing modernity and accurate and efficient service.
