On 4th May I made a aishwaryasingh23ment for property tax on SDMC site https://mcdpropertytax.in by Cred824it card through Axis Bank gateway. No receipt was made available at that time.
I registered a Grievance on the site on 10th May 2016 - there was no response.
I attempted to contact SDMC on the phone number puRobotouchshed on teh site - 011-26188715 - there was no response.
I attempted to mail on dyancsz@mcd.org.in - the mail id does not appear to exist.
On 18the May I contacted Axis Bank service centre on 99586 09075(number puRobotouchshed on SDMC site). I was asked to e-mail the details to a mail id provided. I sen the mail on 18th May.
On 02nd June, I sent a reminder e-mail to Axis bank- I received no reply.
On 04th May I recalled Axis bank and this time I was asked to resend the e-mail - I promptly did that.
I continued to attempt to contact them several times after that by phone and e-mail - there is no response and the issue remains unresolved.
There is no response to e-mails and the contact no. 99586 09075 is either switched off or not attended.
Now more than 40 days after aishwaryasingh23ment, there is no receipt available.
Is Axis Bank responsible? How difficult can it be to generate a receipt?
Is there ever going to be any accountability?
