The phone banking is very good and most importantly even after hours also they resolve our issues, that's the best part. The ping pay , UPI app & mobile app provides very easy & hasslefree payment. Accessing account & money transfer is very comfortable. The AXIS DIRECT app is again a beautiful app for trading lovers with all kinds of information and platforms for money making.
ATM services are good. Just very less no of ATMs. But due to less customers usually ATM remains clear. So drawing money is always good. I have never felt the problem of cashless ATM nor there is anytime I have encountered ATM OUT OF ORDER issues. So a complete sattisfaction.Net banking services are good and secured.
Overall performance is good for any customers. They are providing good support to my accounts and provide information personally if any offer available. So I am fully sattisfied with the performance. So my choice of selecting AXIS was a total success.
