I have used axis bank credit card for have 500 fuel and I have paid more than 1700 back to bank just because I have submitted my auto debit form before two days of due date and I was ensured by executive it would be activated however they have activated it after my due date just to steal my money. To be honest customer I have paid all amount after ensured by customer care executive and branch head that payment would be reverse finance but it did not. even they are still some outstanding amount showing I dont know why. I have cancel it and I can say they have stolen my 1200 rs.
Do not trust what ever conversation has been done with customer care executive. They are illiterate, scammer and liar.
It was pathetic service has been served me ever from any vendor in my life.
