Avon revamped their line of advanced techniques a little while ago, and since my mother sells avon and I have wanted to try them I broke down and purchased the color protecting shampoo and conditioner.
The shampoo & conditioner was on sale for $2.49 for an 11 oz. bottle. I wish they had larger sizes. I use alot of conditioner so an 11 oz. bottle barely makes it through a week. The color protecting bottles are white with a pink flip top cap. The conditioner sits on the lid which makes for easy dispensing when it runs low.
The conditioner is fairly thick, creamy and white (much like pantene). It has a fresh, somewhat floral type of scent that is stronger than the shampoo- a little to strong for me but it fades fast.
The conditioner coats the hair well and rinses easy. After blowdrying my bra-strap length, color treated, dry(at the ends, fragile, somewhat thin hair is soft, silky and moisturized.
I never expected such good results from Avon. Using the color protecting shampoo along with the conditioner gives me great hair every day (along with a once a week claryifier)
