Comfortable shirts but neither stylish nor Rich.. Review on Auburn Hill

Well about over a decade ago, when I used to shop for buying shirts at shops in Chennai, I used to get the types of shirts I wanted/liked - Thin and airy shirts.   Why because thin shirts are best preferred to tackle the hot Chennai weather.   Most of those shirts were local branded, available for pricing between Rs.400 to Rs.800 max and the branded shirts were priced as Rs.1500 and above.   We couldn't buy those branded ones because we could not afford them at that time.

So either we preferred to buy the local branded ones or the stitched ones.

But now, I wanted to buy the shirts which are pretty thin in texture. But after long search many times, I couldn't find such at all.  All were think, pretty rough and touch and not suitable for Chennai Weather at all.

I don't understand why there kinda shirts are imported or manufactured in here Chennai!  Not comfortable at all.

So, while searched for the shirts which is thin and comfortable, I finally found these shirts at "Megamart stores".   I found there, when I was trying Excalibur shirts at same store.   Well I first preferred to buy Excalibur shirts because their texture where also very thin. But Lately the stocks and quantity of Excalibur shirts started to decline and then only I found these "Auburn Hill" at same store which had similar quality and texture as the Excalibur.

So I tried these Shirts and found to be very comfortable and bought them.

PROS -

1) Pretty Cheap.  Shirts were available for pricing between Rs.500 to Rs.800.  And at times I got two shirts for Just Rs.800 With discount because of old stocks.

2) Best suited for Formal usage.  Though I prefer brands like Allan Solly, peter England for Formal Shirting and they have rich looks, but this one is cheap and best.  Anyone can buy this and use for office wearing.!

3) The Cloth is very Thin and is very light in weight. Though I never intended to buy this for office use, I preferred to used these at home which is very comfortable.   I feels like I am wearing this shirt.  Best Suited for Summers.

CONS -

1) No much Colors and styles available with this brands.  Only whites, gray, checked, stripped and simple styled.

2) The store "Magamart" which sell Auburn Hills always have very limited quantity of shirts for sales.  And especially very less for sizes about 38.  Just one or two shirts found in size 42.!

3) Currently only full hand skirts are available with Auburn hill Brand.  Why no Hand sleeve Shirts?  This is the reason, I couldn't buy these skirts in recent times.

4) Also though the shirts are very thin, the texture is not that airy like Excalibur shirts. Hence little uncomfortable.

5) The shirts is not Wrinkle free.  Hence is looks awkward wearing it without ironing it even at home.!

VERDICT -

Well I would changed/edit/add the tittle as - Comfortable shirts but neither stylish nor Rich BUT best suitable for all class of people.  Anyone can buy these shirts.  And These Formal type shirts are best suited for Hot Indian Weather.!
