MY Ripped off experiences:
I booked a hotel in Bali through Asiatravel.com. There is number of guest options that I didn't noticed so I accidentally chose one guest. I immediately rang to the Asiatravel.com about change of guest but they try to charge me money. Then I said the prices don't change at all no matter one or two guests on THEIR WEBSITE. Fortunately they didn't charge me money in the end.
Due to our travel plan changed, I cancelled the booking 5 days ago, but they say they will NOT REFUND me money because of they say it's'extreme peak season' in which I have searched online it's not in peak season, and there's no any explanation of'extreme peak season' in cancellation policy in Asiatravel.com website. My partner cancelled a hotel prior 3 days through agoda.com(the same trip) and still get the refund.
It just ruined my holiday mood.
Never again with this company!
