I recently had misfortune to deal with Asiatravel.com. I booked a hotel in Dubai through them and then cancelled it after 3 hours. I tried to contact them if they would have any charges. I did not receive any reply for two days. When I went to Dubai I called them and the person calling herself Yamina Mohammed (my contact) was not available for next two days.
The person answering the phone checked my account and told me there would be no charge. I also called the hotel where I was booked through them and the hotel told me there was no charge. After three days I got an email from Yasmin saying that there would be administration charge. She never replied to my email but went ahead and charged my credit card.
