I find their service a little costly for their branding. But overall OK.
Customer Service response is good. Their log in policy is a little weird, I have to log in to their website to use their internet. It sometimes acts clumsy and require me to call them up.
There were times when the internet would get restarted for no reason. They have a good local business base. They even send their men to your office space to collect bill. Their servicemen are pretty flexible and are amicable.
I also find their tariff a little costly. I would recommend asianet dataline to someone who is willing to use the internet for a definite period of time living in a temporary place, because these guys are good with installation etc.
