Hi,
I'm a home user. I have been using Asianet's problematic connections for years. I was not in a position to change it as I had no income. Now that I have income, I am changing it.
Customer Service: They will not reply to your emails. You need to call them and blast at them.
Connection Reliability: I have not experienced anything worse yet. Drops every few hours for no reason at all.
Speed: If it's connected, speed is good.
Cost: Very good. The only plus point.
Value for Money: Well, you get what you pay for. Costs of headaches and phone calls not included.
