I want to share the worst experience of my life that I had with Dr. Satish Chaku(Emergency Ward) of Asian Hospital, Faridabad. My father fell ill on September 15, 2016 and we took him to the Emergency Ward as the health was worsening. My father was getting unconscious yet explained the problem to that doctor that he has had episodes of Angina in the recent past and in the morning too. That doctor asked us that certain tests are mandatory to be done immediately that we agreed to do. Pathetically, this person did all the routine tests like ECG, Lipid test, blood test, Troponin etc. however he never thought of MRI / Echo tests as this was a clear case of angina. This shameless doctor took six consecutive hours until the report was disclosed and we were yet hopeful that he will diagnose the actual problem. He prescribed the glucose drip but never thought of the heart issue. Alas, he discharged my father and asked my father to take rest at home. After couple of hours while we returned to home, my father felt extremely uneasiness, cold feet, sweating and extreme pain in the chest and he shivered a lot. We were in the toughest of situation as the ambulance helpline didn't work in that terrible condition(After all this is India). We somehow arranged the ambulance from the nearby hospital without wasting any time. We rushed to the QRG Hospital in a high rush and Dr. Rakesh Rai Sapra was immediately called in for the surgery; however, my father couldn't battle the cardiac arrest as he has had one heart attack in the ambulance followed by the another while we reached the hospital. Even then, Dr. Sapra assured us that there is blockage in the coronary arteries and he can still be treated through angio plasty. We asked him not to waste any more seconds and move him to the cath lab right ahead. He started the surgery with his entire team of surgeons however, he later on told us my father can't be treated as all the coronary arteries got blocked to 100%. He still would let us know that he can use stent as there is likely 1% chance for reviving the heart. He used the stent that we were watching on screen outside of the catherization lab and also used the artificial pulse to support the heart; however the heart wouldn't accept the stent; still all the doctors present there tried a lot to revive the heart; BUT he finally told us that my father is NO MORE.
This all has happened due to the worst experience and treatment done by Satish Chaku who is the murderer of my father. I want him to get the same level of treatment that he gave to my father and he is proven killer of people.
ASIAN Hospital is a deadly place where people just go to die. Please never visit there for even the smallest of illness/fever. This hospital must be barred and it's doctors must be jailed for life term for their malpractice on the patients.
