I switched from BSNL to Ashanet hoping that it would be a faster and reliable ISP compatible with my Apple router but to my utter disappointment, this ISP does not receive complaint calls or handle customer complaints at all.
Most of the time the office number provided by them is switched off. After 9 PM there is no customer support at all.
In a week there are over 20-30 disconnections which is very poor as per todays basic standards.
I regret paying for 12 months in advance. If you are considering this service please be aware of the cons.
There is practically no SLA by this ISP therefore you are totally at their mercy.
