I shifted my stuff from Bangalore to Chennai.The person came on time and though was very courteous, he was not too much concerned about putting the stuff in boxes(for example utensils into a box, was just throwing it not concerned whether it is breakable or not). Anyway since I was having an eye on him, he was ok. He didn't know how to disassemble my LCD tv though.Finally I had to do it myself.Well that's okay I guess. One can't know everything.

Charges were discussed earlier including tax+ insurance+ loading/unloading+packing+transport but he asked for some 300 extra which I gave.It was transported with one day delay.

What's surprising to me is that, there are so many reviews that are paid here from the way that are written, I can tell.It starts with "My name is xx or I'm xxx etc and so many other things are similar."

I noticed this only after shifting.

I came to the conclusion that every movers and packers will try to fleece customers by not informing about tax and insurance and loading/unloading charges before hand.Insurance is a complete joke. u put 0 value for insurance. As for tax, these bills are fake.they will never show the Govt their earnings for tax. so it shud ideally be 0. everyone knows it!

The boys who come to shift are not so literate and will try to do things as fast as they can. Not much concerned about the safety in the end of the day its based on luck whether u get goods on time and are whether they re delivered safely or not.

Thank You for your valuable feedback, arya packers and movers tries to get the best service to all our customers and make their move hassle free and on time -, how ever it seems that, we might have not shifted your goods, we have no records of shifting a customer from Bangalore to Chennai in recent days, however it will be more helpful for us to know, the team who actually came for the packing, and if you can share you consignment number, we could get the details, about the Service tax( Arya packers and Movers is a registered company and the bill's we provide your are genuine and we pay the taxes collected from you, here is the registered tax Number - AFIPC / 5352 / DSD 002) .
About the Insurance part, its not mandatory for the customer to get the insurance done, and Insurance is an external entity, if you like to get your goods insured, you can get it done by yourself, even when you pay a packers and movers company for the insurance, the packers and movers company gets the insurance done by agents of different insurance company such as, National India, United India etc, the premium paid by you to us is directly handed to the agent of that particular insurance agent . and surely you get the copy of insurance copy, with Arya packers and movers we also provide insurance copy 1 day prior to the movement if requested,
Arya packers and movers makes sure that there is no miss communication B/W the customer and the Arya's Employee, so that a customer doesn't have to face any issues .
Please Do Provide the complete Information Such as Consigment Number, Bill Number, Date Of Movement etc, As informed earlier we have no record of any recent movements from Bangalore to Chennai .
