Sahaj marg can be translated as natural path for attaining the highest form of human perfection.

I am practising it for the last 5 years and found extradinary benefit out of it.

This is a meditation practice which leads to a balanced life of spirituality and material life.

The speciality of this system is its Transmission(divine power)offerred by the guru in one's heart which purifies our heart and evokes the highest possibility of human potential in our day today life.

By everyday practice we feel the divinity within us and the result of divinity in our daily life.Wow what a wonder that I have felt, my inferiority complexes,stage fear,stress in my work life,problems in family life have completely gone somewere.
