It is for the first time I have faced such a bad customer care experience. At least for me . no customer support at all.
I ordered for a gift on Raksha Bandhan. Now, as the location was remote village, Archies sent the courier via DTDC. But DTDC couldn't deliver the product to required location. Hence the product was returned.
This is all fine. It happens. But then, the product was not delivered. Now I sent them multiple mails reg. status of order - but surprisingly no response even after 1 month. Didn't expected that. Never again. Even if the gift is delivered or not - it doesn't matters now. I expected a suitable response from customer support. Customer support failed me.
Sorry Archies, that is the last time I ordered a gift from you.
