I respect the fact that you have recently completed a masters degree in business and your comment seems very much an attack on the whole method of selling approach by Arbonne. " if it was so good why is it not in stores" . I don't have the answer to that , maybe it will raise the cost of the product even more since ever one wants a piece of the action, I really never gave it that much thought . You still can't really find Avon products in stores here in Australia on the shelves and I remember the days the ladies drove around in their vans selling products . Does this mean they are dodgy?


You can attack their method of selling all you like but the fact is and I doubt very much you are female that you have actually tried the product since its acceptable for men to grown old and wrinkly yet women are supposed to try and hang onto youthful looking skin and so yes at times we get sucked in by false advertising and miracle snake oil creams ( no I have not ) so we do give products a go. A friend who became a consultant purely for her personal discount benefits paid me a visit whilst I was in hospital after major lung surgery and you can imagine was not looking my best , as a treat she bought her bag of goodies and gave me a facial just to pep me up. Yes felt great to be pampered but it wasn't just that , my skin really appreciated the product so much that nurses the next morning who were not aware of my late night facial commented on me looking brighter and my skin was glowing.


She did not put the hard word on me to buy anything , she left me with little samples that lasted a good two weeks since you really don't need to use that much of the product . Eventually , when I ran out it was I that chased her up to buy some more because I honestly saw an improvement and so did numerous girlfriends. You have every right to dislike their method of selling and therefore choose not to speak well of them but I feel these reviews should be about the products themselves and if you scroll down , most comments about the product are positive if not raving. Yes some may not agree with all skin types but if that is the case , they have a 45 day full refund return policy which not many other cosmetic companies offer . Once open you can't return. I found the bronzer a bit too dark for my skin and they are offering me anything I like to swap it over with. I'm not a silly girl nor a frivolous spender but in my opinion my money has been well spent on the purchases I have made and I never felt pressured to spend more.


They do offer you incentives and that's just business but at the end of the day I choose what I want and am very happy with the product regardless of the structure of the business management. It doesn't affect me and I am receiving a wonderful product. Respectfully , Rose


Ps for those that are curious I use the Intensive Renewal Serum , Night and Neck Cream and absolutely love the Instant Lift Gel on those mornings you slept in and are rushing to get ready. When I run out of my crappy woolworths day products ill be getting the Restorative Day Cream and Corrective Eye Cream. Better to spend $40 on one great product that $10 four times on rubbish !
