Aramex is certainly the worst courier in India.There can be other bad courier companies but Aramex is worst in everything. Very very bad customer service.Never deliver on time.CS never has updated information and always lie about the delivery.My shipment was sent back by their associate 3 days ago due to out of service area but still aramex CS told me that its on the way and will be delivered by EOD.
After two such incidents, I asked everywhere I order something to send it by any other courier except Aramex.
