I ordered a Samsung product from Samsung eZone on 29th Air. Within a day (30th Apr) I got a message saying, the product has been scheduled to be delivered through Aramex Courier. When I checked the status on Aramex website by the Shipment number, it mentioned that "Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled". They never called me or tried to reach me on my mobile.
I escalated to Samsung eZone and again with in 2 days, the status was "Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled". The Aramex Customer care never care to provide the address of where the consignment is so that we can go and pick it up. I have been so much frustrated with Aramex Couriers. I don't know whom to contact now. They have a Bangalore customer care number which will be routed to Mumbai. How the hell the customer care in Mumbai know what is happening here?
They look like a fraud company, I really feel you should have a product rating of 0 or -1. That is were this courier company belongs to. I'm planning to go to Consumer Court, if any others facing the similar problems let me know we can go together and claim the waste of time & money.
Also, I saw many of the threads below - there is one stupid Regional South Asia Manager - Percy Avari reply to each and every thread saying that we will address your issue. Such a joker.
