Worst customer service ever.
After talking to customer support executive they gave a mail id which is not in use and not working. even they dont know how to respond to customer.
They dont even provide proper information to customer. they even dont know the delivery guys of the area.
People be aware they accept the weight of 339 grams from seller but their tracking page shows 2.10 kg. how this can be possible,
Also be aware that when they dont the Employees of the area working under aramex, then this guys or employees can be fraud and can harm the ladies and old age people back home. so always take measures from all this. as other better shippers are available such as DTDC, Firstflight.
