Apple I-phone 6 is amazing mobile. it has more feature. The item arrived promptly before time.It is fairly well documented with lots of customer posting Youtube videos as well. The only solution to this is replacement. But then again, it will solve your problem only for a while or as long as your product is in warranty. After that, you are on your own. I say all this because I am living with this problem for 10 months now.Great product from Apple. I love my iPhone. Upgraded from an iPhone 5. The bigger size was a bit uncomfortable in the beginning but soon been left to wonder how I used a smaller phone! It was delivered as promised by the vendor.
