I am new to Apple's product and gave it a thought for almost 2-3 years before buying the Iphone 6 64 GB version ( 64 GB since I have some storage requirements) . It surprised me with its superior performance over Samsung Galaxy S3 ( though new versions launched by Samsung are much better) . Especially battery life which can go on till the next day even when at 10 % . Phone performance, Camera quality, ease of use are some features that I would ask people to go for this phone.I rarely notice any sluggishness in Phone's performance even after a year now. I would say Go for it if price doesn't take the front seat for you and quality does.

The design of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are influenced by that of the iPad Air with a glass front that is curved around the edges of the display, and an aluminum rear that contains two plastic strips for the antenna. Both models come in gold, silver, and space gray finishes. The iPhone 6 has a thickness of 6.9 millimetres ( 0.27 in) , while the iPhone 6 Plus is 7.1 mm ( 0.28 in) in thickness; both are thinner than the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s, with the iPhone 6 being Apple's thinnest phone to date. The most significant changes to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are its displays; both branded as Retina HD Display and ion-strengthened, the iPhone 6 display is 4.7 inches in size with a 16: 9resolution of 1334x750 ( 326 ppi, minus one row of pixels) , while the iPhone 6 Plus includes a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 ( 1080p) display ( 401 PPI) . The displays use a multiple-domain LCD panel, dubbed dual-domain pixels; the RGB pixels themselves are skewed in pattern, so that every pixel is seen from a different angle. This technique helps improve the viewing angles of the display.

When choosing between the 6 and 6 Plus, in the end, it's a matter of personal preference. I know several people who love the iPhone 6 Plus, with its larger screen size and better battery life. But the iPhone 6 feels best in my hand. It's thin, elegant, performs really well, and is considerably less expensive than the 6 Plus. For that reason, I think the smaller iPhone 6 is the way to go for most people.

iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are thinner and come equipped with faster A8 processors, improved cameras, speedier Wi-Fi and LTE cellular data connectivity, better voice quality on voice-over-LTE, and - except for entry-level models - more onboard storage. In terms of screen size, the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will probably be more than enough for anyone upgrading from a 4-inch ( iPhone 5 or 5S) or 3.5-inch screen ( all previous iPhone models) . The 6 Plus may simply be too big for some, though its large display and extended battery life are terrific.
