My brother gifted a new iPhone4s to my father.
One day during warranty period speakers stopped working. So, my father took it to the nearer service center for apple.
They suggested that they can't repair it.So, they send it to their kolkata office. It took around 3 weeks for a speaker repair.! Wow.What a fast service. It was not expected from a well renowned company!
As, I was expecting a quick service and more customer friendly behavior by this world renowned company. But, this whole incident changed my perception towards this world renowned brand. Thanks to Indian service centers!
