Apple ipad mini is awsome device for teens. it has easy to use interface and is protected for bugs and viruses. Very beautiful display, exelent battery life(more than 1 day of use), good camera, good performance with no lags, it's very cheap for what you get, but the only issue is the internal memory, 16 GB isn't enough for an ipad and its made for gaming, if you're low on cash and you like the mini 4 just buy the mini2 there is not a lot differences between the 4 and the 2, and go for the 64GB . Processor: A7 with 64-bit architecture and M7 motion co-processor

The display is great because it's so skinny and I can fit. itinto my pocket. I am glad that it is multi touch because it helps me one certain games.
RAM is important for performance. With 2 GB, like on the iPad mini 4, you won't have the annoying "page reloading syndrome" of iOS running on 1 GB of RAM. Games will run better because of the extra RAM too.
