Please dont ever buy Apollo Munich health policy which is in tie up with Canara Bank for Senior citizens.
Firstly when we have gone through the policy it looked very attractive as we thought to take it for my uncle.At the time of buying the policy the apollo munich executive had spoken very sweetly and very kindly as if they are working as the saviour for Senior citizens in there medical times.But all this is myth. Apollo Munich is just cheating customers, take the premium from them, increase there bank account balance and at the time of reimbursement finding the loop holes and declining the claim and policy too.
We had suffered a lot pain while we had claimed for a reimbursement.
The customer service is such a pain in this company .They themselves are not clear about there process and we as a customer need to do a multiple follow ups every time through out the reimbursement process.
Worst company! Worst service! Worst Policies! Painful for senior citizens! Not even worth of giving 1 star to it.
Please don't ignore these reviews as they really guide you before buying any policy.
