My policy number is 150100/11051/1000367257. They took my money for a cashless policy. When I admitted to a hospital for my slip disc problem they said that I need to pay now and I can claim the amount after that. Due to my health condition I was not in a position to fight with them and paid the hospital bill. But even after two months of follow up at last they rejected my claim saying that its a preexisting issue.
It is very sad that I have been depositing my premium regularly and when there is a time for a small claim I am getting this kind of response. I will never advice any friends or relatives to this fraud company.
