I have done multiple follow ups with the Apollo team on the cashless claim benefit. But they never responded back.
My mom was admitted to their network hospital and parallel I had intimated the Apollo team for cashless claim with all the required documents. I followed up over the emails and phone calls but they never turned back. Every time I have given multiple reasons:-
Server is not working.
TPA department is not available.
Status is not updated in our system so we cant do anything.
Your query has been raised our claim department will respond you soon
If you visit branch, they will say we do not authorized to look into claim process.
Service is really pathetic. At the time of taking insurance policy they will give you good service but you will never get a claim.
If you really want to protect your family, please never take policy from Apollo.
