One year back I was interested to go for a health insurance . my basic criteria were
A) the claim settlement should be fast enough
B) it should have large network hospitals .
After through research I had opted for apollo munich health insurance. I filled up the required details form online. after 2 days they called me up & fixed an appointed . I had opted for standard heath insurance.
They took the required documents & they promised I am going to get my policy hard copy within 10 days. They kept their promise.. the claim settlement team was efficient enough to tackle problems.
Few days back I renewed my policy through online . I got my policy renewal certificate within 5 days...
