Amway is a international company, it sell different types of product in the market and give many of people job. I also work in this company getting good compensation in the month and I do work only in 4 days of month. Because it product have no side effect and give good quality also. So when I go to the market for sell this product so every one one was buy it. So I easy achieve my target of the month, But any think is best in the company there is no target for do work so we do work very freely and our senior also help to every one guide also. So its employee structure is so nice to do work. And in every month of week our team leader make a meeting for how to sell increase and how to talk front of customer. So all that types of training also give. So I enjoy to work in this company.
