Pathetic, ridiculous, irritating experience. First they did not send the package saying address is undeliverable, however I have received number of items from amazon earlier, after the issue was raised with courier team, they tried to redeliver and cancel the order saying its rejected by me and return it to seller.
I do not understand how come with out contacting me or without reaching me they concluded that its rejected by me. How can someone reject an item if it did not reach them. Nobody contacted me and all of a sudden its rejected by me.
This is ridiculous, issue happened twice, now amazon is saying to place a new order. Horrible useless service.
