I have been a regular customer at Amazon.in. The last product that I had ordered via the Amazon.in was a mobile phone which was delivered to me in time. Well, there has been many problems which have been persisting for long on this website and even on its App.
The problems are listed below.
The Amazon.in App is not at all user friendly. It does not show us the different kinds of categories in a proper manner. It always tends to look haphazard and confusing.
The filter option in the App doesn't really work well.
The overall experience of the App turns out to be quite slow and filled with lags.
The pricing of the products shown on the App or the website is in a range or bracket form. This happens because Amazon.in has sellers which sells the same product at different prices which kind of becomes cumbersome for the customers to filter the best seller from amongst them. Also, there is no mechanism to do the same.
The website as well is not clean and easy on eyes. It should have been a lot more user friendly unlike what it is now.
Amazon.in should give good deals in their Season off Sales and other kinds of sales to lure the customers. They tend to have the same boring offers in their big sales which they generally have in their daily discount offers.
The website as well as the App should be more user friendly, interactive and filled with better offers and deals.
Despite all this, I must admit that they have a great Customer Service. They attend to your calls, e-mails and online chats in no time and try their level best to solve your problems.
