Poor commitment: Items not getting delivered. Review on Amazon

They offer huge discounts and take your money. You wait for 2-3 weeks. They they say unable to deliver to your location. They will refund money after 4 weeks. What a scam for publicity.

If they are doing this with thousands of order imagine how much money they are blocking for 3-4 weeks. Interest free money for doing their business An illegal way of doing business

I confirmed this with three more people in my locality. -

Last month I ordered 10 items from Flipkart worth 30k and 5 items from Amazon worth 5k. Flipkart delivered all in a week.

Amazon is still struggling: Out of five, Two returned back and two are going to as courier service is bad. One cannot be traced. It is too bad

Well, last month many websites offered huge discounts. I should have ordered all from Flipkart, may be few from snapdeal, shopclues and ebay. Never from Amazon.

Amazon is not able to catch up with Indian giant Flipkart and must be feeling too desperate. With such a poor commitment and bringing disappointment to their customers they would never be able to do so. I have nothing else to say.

I see that the for Order ID: 171-2377755-0001946, the refund is created on Nov 4, and for Order ID: 171-1967390-1114762 it is returning to seller so I'll refund you the amount now. And for rest of two orders I request you to wait for 24 hours for the package.

I want to know what Amazon is doing in this regard

Why being so unreliable

I shopped at Amazon based on my experience with amazon.com in the US. But amazon.in is totally disappointing.
