I am sure that Amazon is Indias most trusted online shopping portal they really have lots of payment options and very important is their support team.
I am shopping on Amazon for more than 2 years but I prefer this portal mainly for electronics and not for clothing. I tried to order some clothing and accessories but my experience was not so great with it.
But for electronics this is the best website and much much better than another e-commerce giant flipkart. The reason I am writing this post is because of my latest order of "LG G4" and the service related to this order. It was delivered in proper time.
But when I received it I started facing heat problem from day one itself. So I quickly raised a refund request as I was little worried about the refund process as the phone price is more than 32K, but with Amazon, trust me its very easy process. I received my refund very easily and whole process was hassle free.So bottom line is - its a store you can blindly trust on. I recommend Amazon.in
