I purchased 3 shoes at Amazon.in from different sellers. All the products were delivered on time. Two of them were a perfect fit, one of them purchased from Ten Senses was smaller in size, which tells me that the measurement scale provided for the product was not right. I decided to return the product. Initiated the return process at Amazon and sent the product on 18th April to the seller. Tracking the shipment, I noticed that the package was received and opened on 20th April by the seller.
However there was no update on my refund. I reached out to the seller and have been assured time and again that they will work on it immediately.15 days have passed and I have not yet received my refund. The disappointing fact is that Amazon.in is just acting like a postman sending emails from buyer to seller and vice-versa instead of resolving the issue. I have seen no action from them. The painful refund process has exposed the ugly side of Amazon.in services. Fast with delivery, but SLOW with REFUND.
