Executives on Amazon - customer care. Review on Amazon

I Bought a Moto G 4th generation from Amazon app. There was a problem in the phone so I returned it and ask for a Replacement.

But according they said you pl take a cash back and issue a new order as the seller you had purchased from has no phone for replacement.

I said ok. so they told me to update my bank details. And believe me the executive told me to update my payment dr. card details as I was not finding bank details column anywhere on the amazon app(as it's not there). Our dr. card is connected to our account so I thought that will sort my case. But it dint when nobody came to my place to pick up the device I called them again and then some other executive was telling me to fill up bank details. I told him that I did it last time. but he was telling me those were my payment details. He was talking to me very sadly. He was talking to me as if I m dumb and no nothing about there design of site or app whatever.

ufffff.

now the App does not have the column called Bank details so I had to open a site and do it from the site.

the previous executive does not know the fact that there is no column called bank details on app where customer can filled up there details for refund.

See how literate executives are appointed. or what kind of training given to them about the company.

pl be ware when u purchase.

I would not suggest u not to purchase but I will suggest pl check your device and if there is a problem check the return date.

ordre your new mobile and then place an order for cancellation. before that date.
