Late Delivery and missing part of product. Review on Amazon

Few months back I had ordered a smart watch to my self.Which they said will be delivered within 3 days And took 5 days saying.Address incomplete.But before this I had ordered lot of products on other site they never said incomplete Address it was completely lies from Amazon.where in product the battery of smart watch was not send with product.When I contact with Amazon seller and complain about him.Then after few days seller send check to refund money back.whereas the seller told me many times to me that he will replace the product I was too much worried about my money because seller always trying to force me to replace the watch.finally when I talk harsh with him.Then he agreed to send me money through check then after I did not order anything from Amazon now.People says that I get cheap price product but it horrible situation while talking with seller of amazon.i tell other users that plz buy product from good rated seller.and also Amazon should provide proper time delivery.
