I was a very avid user of Amazon since my last purchase. I purchased a Faber chimney from there & it was written "Brand Warranty" & "Hassle Free Installation" available.
But after I purchase when I called Faber Customer care for installation, they said that the service personnel will visit in next 48 hrs. But its passed on. Then again I called them & same thing was assured.
Meanwhile the return TAT ended after 7 days & my installation was pending since 20-25 days. After this time period Faber guy came & simply said that we don't provide any service or warranty to the products purchased from online portals. Same thing then I checked on their website where they had clearly mentioned.
My concern is this that neither seller is taking the product back nor Amazon is doing anything to resolve this issue. I have received this chimney on Jan 27, 2016. Since then its lying in a corner of my house.
I am just thinking of moving to consumer forum against Amazon for their cheating.
