I buy a lot of stuff from amazon and I am also an amazon prime memeber, I have only had 1-2 problems with products arriving a little late and one being damaged over the course of 4 years. The.item that was damaged I was aloud to keep and get a full refund as it was the last in stock and they could not replace it. I was refunded within the next two days and the process was very easy. I tend to email amazon when I have a problem because it is a lot easier for me than talking on the phone, because I dont really like talking to people on the phone, but I find that it is always easy to come ntact amazon when I have a problem and they get back to me very quickly. I love the variety of products on amazon and the quality is good, I tend to buy products mainly from Amazon not sellers through amazon but when I do I have had no problems, I also love the wide variety of products that are prime delivery or discounted because of prime.
