First of all dear amazon, you don't have any attracting deal in your Diwali sale, flipkart did a great job as compared to you.
So hands down over there. Now my experience with Amazon and their commitments. Earlier it was good in shopping with Amazon when they came in India, each and every thing was good.
Logistic partner was Bluedart, which provide top class service. Soon Gati took place of bluedart and the bad time came, long delays in orders and so on, even they don't like to give delivery at my home or any.
Every time my order reaches Gwalior center is get a call from them "Bhaia aapka courier aaya he lene aa jana, aapke ghar ke side aur koi courier nhi h aaj" this excuse took place for 4, 5 orders, then I got fed up from them and refused to pick the order from their center(ORDER # 402-8687351-6129143) .
Amazon customer representative and heads tried their best, but no delivery took place, then finally after 5 days I have to pick the same. Then Amazon guys told me no further shipment from gati to your address and they fulfilled their promise for around 5 orders and then again back to gati. I think their a*s is tied with gati couriers, really this is the truth.
Then I simply refused one packet shipped from gati, I just hate their service and told Amazon guys, again got an assurance no gati further. F*k is that they are not fulfilling their commitment and again sending my orders from gati.
Few more thing to be added from DELHI to Gwalior other couriers take max 1 days where as gati takes 4-6 days, Isn't is cool? Just check my attached pics and gati Facebook wall, you will find many good compliments in form of comments from their customers. Amazon, now i'll not buy any thing from your website, even if you provide 99% discount or even more. firstly, fulfill your commitment and change the logistic partner to my address.
